From 20st to 25th July, our Chairman Mr. Chen and our Foreign Trade Sales Manager Mrs. Hu visited our Turkish clients.
Several Turkish companies warmly welcomed us.One of the Turkish clients showed us their numerous professional certificates and their factory holds API certification.Their factory mainly produces actuators and has many sales companies in the Middle East and Europe.During the visit and exchange, we introduced our Turkish clients to the development history of our company's valves and the export of our products to Turkey and other markets.We also showcased our products and technologies, finally,the clients were willing to cooperate with us to supplement their industrial valve categories.We will also consider establishing a joint venture with our customers to sell industrial valve series products, including ball valves such as hard-sealed ball valves, butterfly valves such as hard-sealed butterfly valves, and control valves.
Chairman Mr. Chen said that this visit to Turkey provided an excellent opportunity to expand into the Eurasian market, address some international trade barriers, and better develop markets in oil and gas producing countries. By going out to communicate directly with clients in their countries, we gained a deeper understanding of the needs and industry trends of the Turkish market, and were able to better listen to clients' suggestions for improvement in all aspects, thereby enhancing our services.For example, we will subsequently shorten the standard delivery time for conventional valves to 20 days in order to improve clients' satisfaction with delivery times.
Stricter quality control and more reasonable and timely after-sales service will address clients' concerns. By leveraging complementary resources, we can achieve long-term, stable cooperation and a win-win situation.
