▶ Quadruple Eccentric Design: In addition to the valve body eccentricity (A) and seat eccentricity (B), two specially angled elliptical cone eccentricities (C and D) are incorporated. The combination of four eccentrics enhances the cam effect, achieving frictionless separation at opening and instant sealing at closing, reducing operating torque and extending service life.
▶ Modular Replaceable Seat and Seal Ring: The valve features a floating seat and modular sealing ring, available in laminated or solid metal options based on working conditions. All seals have positioning holes, allowing for on-site replacement or maintenance without special tools or skills. Unlike valves with welded-in seats, this design prevents total valve failure due to seat damage.
▶ High-Performance Sealing Surface: Valve seats are treated using advanced HVOF (High-Velocity Oxygen Fuel) spraying or stainless steel nitriding. The surface hardness reaches HRC 40–65, offering high wear resistance against particulates like silica, ceramic debris, and dust.
▶ Optimized Seal Pair Hardness Difference: In triple eccentric designs, inadequate hardness difference between sealing surfaces leads to wear. Our design ensures a hardness difference of at least HRC 10 between seat and sealing ring, preventing galling and ensuring reliable sealing performance.
