Explanation of nthe valve body
Forging body
The forged valve body blank is made of a stainless steel ingot. During the forging process, with the provision of high forging temperature, the shape of the blank is changed by extrusion. After the forging, the valve body density is higher, the structure is more uniform, and there are no sand holes and other magazines. Then it is processed with high precision through the machining center.
Cast valve body
The casting valve body is made of a mold into a paraffin model. The paraffin model penetrates into the ceramic to form a solid layer of ceramic on the surface of the entire valve body wax film. After melting off the grease mold, the molten stainless steel solution is injected. After cooling, the ceramic surface is knocked off and the blank body is formed. The casting size is very accurate, the appearance is smooth and neat.
Explanation of the diaphragm
In addition to the valve body, the diaphragm is the only part that is in direct contact with the medium. The diaphragm valve isolates the medium from the executive structure and the external air by the diaphragm. The diaphragm is also a moving part, and the diaphragm is controlled and cut off by the up and down movement of the diaphragm valve. All diaphragms of different materials are universal when installed on the same specification. There is no need to replace the diaphragm even if the actuator is replaced.
The open/close times of KsT diaphragm valve can be as high as 200,000 times. The material of the diaphragm is imported, the rubber material is American Dupont, and the PTFE material is Japanese Daikin.
Double-layer diaphragm PTFE+EPDM
Diaphragm composed of EPDM and PTFE. The characteristic of this diaphragm is that when the valve is in the closed state, the shape of the diaphragm itself can be sealed with the valve body, thereby reducing the bearing force of the diaphragm and prolonging the life of the diaphragm. The diaphragm can withstand higher temperature and various harsh working conditions.

Single-layer diaphragm EPDM
The single-layer diaphragm is embedded with a vulcanized fiber layer to enhance its mechanical properties. The diaphragm has high sealing stability when the pressure and temperature rise, and the reinforcing fiber is hardened on the stainless steel bolts to ensure better adhesion of the rubber to the metal, tied together. Therefore, the single-layer diaphragm is more suitable for use in a vacuum environment.
