The Pneumatic Aseptic Sampling Valve is a precision-engineered sterile valve designed for hygienic sampling from tank equipment or pipelines without compromising the integrity of the process medium. It is widely applied in industries where contamination control and sample accuracy are critical.
Manufactured by KONTE, a subsidiary of Kangsaite Automation Group with 30+ years of valve manufacturing experience, this aseptic sampling valve meets international hygiene and pressure standards. Learn more about our product range and quality control processes.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Interface Form | Welding / Clamp / Thread |
| Max. Working Pressure | +10 bar / +145 psi |
| Working Temperature | -10°C to +140°C |
| Body Material | SS304 / SS316L |
| Sealing Material | SI / EPDM |
series of aspetic sampling valve with rubber seal, divided into the handle quick-opening type, hand wheel fine-tuning type, pneumatic and hand-gas integrated four open mode. With spring automatic reset function, lift the handle or turn the hand wheel synchronous poppet, so that the diaphragm valve head from the sealing port to open the valve sampling; put down the handle and the opposite direction of rotation of the hand wheel is in a vacant state, the spring automatically close the valve.
Full aseptic design — internal surfaces polished to Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, no dead corners, easy to clean and sterilize (CIP/SIP compatible)
Multiple actuation modes — manual, pneumatic, or hand-pneumatic integrated to suit different automation levels
Spring auto-reset — automatically closes after each sample, preventing process contamination
Compact & lightweight — suitable for installation at tank bottom drain points or inline pipeline positions
Material traceability — SS316L wetted parts with material certificates available; spectrometer-verified at factory
Flexible connection options — welding, clamp, or threaded interfaces to fit existing pipelines
Broad temperature and pressure tolerance — -10°C to +140°C, up to 10 bar working pressure
The pneumatic aseptic sampling valve is engineered for use in sterile and hygienic process environments. Typical applications include:
Pharmaceutical manufacturing — sterile API and intermediate sampling under GMP conditions
Biotechnology — fermentation tank sampling and bioreactor media extraction
Food & Beverage — hygienic sampling of dairy, beverages, sauces, and liquid ingredients
Chemical processing — precise inline sampling in closed-loop chemical systems
Explore our industry solutions including pharmaceutical, biotech, food, and chemical applications.

Q1: What is the difference between the pneumatic type and the hand-pneumatic integrated type?
The pneumatic type is fully actuated by air signal, suitable for automated control systems. The hand-pneumatic integrated type allows both pneumatic actuation and manual override, offering flexibility during maintenance or power loss.
Q2: Is this valve compatible with CIP/SIP processes?
Yes. The valve is designed with no dead zones and a smooth internal finish, making it fully compatible with Clean-In-Place (CIP) and Steam-In-Place (SIP) sterilization procedures.
Q3: Which sealing material should I choose — SI or EPDM?
EPDM is recommended for steam, hot water, and most aqueous media. Silicone (SI) is preferred for food-contact applications with neutral media. Please contact our technical team for application-specific guidance.
