Choose The Driving System
▶ Motor + fixed relative ratio speed reducer: The driving is easy with constant rotary speed of the rotor, which also leads to nonadjustability of flow.
▶ Motor + mechanical abrasive stepless speed regulator: The speed regulator changes speed by manual adjustment, which is safe, reliable, and infinitely adjustable flow. But non-automatic adjustment is troublesome. Speed regulating should be done in operation, not in shutoff state. Please refer to manufacturer instructions for maintenance and service.
▶ Frequency transformed motor + frequency transformer: Realizes both automatic adjusting and infinite adjustment of flow. It is highly automatic and has large torque at low speed. The frequency transformer is expensive. Refer to manufacturer instructions for maintenance and service.

▶ Name of medium or liquid delivered
▶ Viscosity and temperature of medium (-20°C to 150°C, highest sterilizing temperature 180°C)
▶ Delivery head, pressure, and flow needed
▶ Number and size of particles in medium
▶ Type of interface (nipping fork, thread, flange)
▶ Valve body material: choose 304, 316 or 316L according to different medium
▶ Cooling or heating device can be equipped
▶ Sealing material: standard rubber gasket is silicon rubber, different mediums may use fluorine rubber, ethylene-propylene terpolymerisate rubber, PTFE is silicon carbide hard alloy, and different medium may use graphite-silicon carbide, graphite-ceramic, etc.
