The fluorine-lined bottom discharge ball valve is a specialized industrial valve engineered for installation at the base of reactors, storage tanks, and tankers. Designed to handle the most demanding fluid transfer applications, this valve provides reliable draining and discharging of corrosive fluids, slurries, and cleaning liquids. Constructed with premium fluoroplastic linings including FEP, PFA, and PTFE, it delivers exceptional corrosion resistance against acids, alkalis, salts, and oxidants. Our PTFE lined bottom discharge valve ensures safe, contamination-free operations while minimizing maintenance requirements and extending service life in harsh industrial environments.
Our FEP lined ball valve for reactors features a full fluoroplastic lining that creates an impermeable barrier between process fluids and the valve body. This design eliminates corrosion, prevents product contamination, and ensures long-term performance even when exposed to aggressive chemicals. The valve also offers excellent wear resistance, making it ideal for handling abrasive slurries and particulate-laden fluids.
The sealing system incorporates an O-type elastic diaphragm seat with a flexible lip design, guaranteeing zero internal leakage and providing automatic compensation for wear. This advanced sealing technology ensures reliable performance over thousands of cycles and reduces the risk of costly spills and environmental contamination.
The valve body utilizes a two-piece butterfly plate structure with an eccentric shaft and segmented design. The valve seat is fully replaceable and adjustable, simplifying maintenance and reducing downtime. Equipped with an ISO standard mounting pad, our corrosion resistant bottom drain valve can be easily fitted with manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, or electro-hydraulic actuators for fully automated operation.
