Features
▶ The sealing surfaces of the ball and seat are coated with hard-facing materials such as nickel-based hard alloy, tungsten carbide, chromium carbide, chrome plating, and chromium nitride. These coatings enhance wear resistance, scratch resistance, and erosion resistance of the sealing surfaces under working conditions involving particles, high temperatures, and high pressures.
▶ The valve seat is spring-loaded, and the spring is equipped with an anti-particle intrusion device to prevent clogging of the spring chamber by solid particles, ensuring stable and reliable valve operation.
The seat features a scraper design that automatically removes viscous deposits adhering to the ball surface during valve opening and closing.
▶ The ball and seat are processed using a 360-degree dead-angle-free lapping method, achieving a mirror-finish surface with Ra0.2 roughness. This reduces valve operating torque and extends the service life of the ball and seat.
▶ The metal-to-metal sealing between the ball and seat endows the valve with inherent fire-safe capabilities.
▶ The valve stem is designed with an anti-blowout structure to ensure safety during operation.
Low-leakage packing materials, classified as Class A or B, are available to meet the ISO 15848 fugitive emission (FE) sealing requirements.
