KST explosion-proof electric actuators are suitable for hazardous environments where flammable gases may be present.
They comply with multiple international standards including GB3836.1-2010, GB3836.2-2010, EN/IEC60079-0, EN/IEC60079-1, EN/IEC60079-31, EN ISO/IEC80079-36, and EN ISO/IEC80079-37.
Flameproof enclosures are designed to contain internal explosions without allowing the flame to escape and ignite the surrounding explosive atmosphere.
The flameproof enclosure uses a robust flame path design that ensures a long contact surface area between joint faces, preventing ignition through the housing gaps.
This allows equipment to operate safely and reliably in explosive environments.
